On down to the village

So today Meegy was able to return to our hotel after a lunch meeting, this is most excellent because it means we can work together for a bit and then do some exploring.
Today's area to venture is the East Village and part of Soho and then off to hit a swank little club called
APT. Once in the Village we immediately question locals for some good food spots to hit and lucked upon a really really good cafe. I'll have to post the name later, it escapes me at the moment.
From there we wandered on to a very sheik Thai Restaurant called
Peep and had some pretty cool exotic drinks. Basically Cosmos and Bellini's but made with real fruit to snazz things up, very tasty.
Finally we end up at
APT, nice space but it was an off night for the music so we sit for a drink and call it a night.
